What an astonishing service I received from Ntombofika Qabaka at the Call Centre. I called on the 24 December 2022 after hours frustrated as I could not transact on my app. I must confess, I was rude to her her but in all of that she remained so calm and professional. I had no hope that I would be able to transact as the app referred me to the bank but she resolved my problem so fast.
