i have tried to apply for a personal loan at capitec online, but i got the shock of my life, as the loan decline becuase of ***** check, which i knew nothing about, i have called the call centre and spoke to Bandile and Maryline to find out what does it mean for if it say like that, i have never app**** for a loan at capitec before,.Bandile promise to call me back after contacting the forensic department, which he never did and Marrline just gave me the numbers 0 ********** 61 which i hold for 30 minutes no one answered, and i called again and hold for about 25 minutes no one answered again, what kind of a forensic department is that, that doesnt take call, as i want to know where is this "***** check coming from, why is it under capitec only. i have an account with Transunion to track every movemnt of my account, not even one day have i recieved a notificaton nor an equiry done by Capitec bank, and i was advice to check my profile at checkers/Shoprite which i did and it can back clean, there is no ***** under name, so where does this "***** check"capitec has under my name or ID number coming from. This s really frastrating as yiur stauff doesnt not even know what it means, i have being on calls from one person to another, until i was given a number that no one answers....what is going on here, i realy need to know,, if i was decline with other reason that is valid to me i would undesrtand and move to another bank but *****, what did i do and who put it there...this is not fair, our identity numbers are very sensetive....someone must really assit here
