MIE claims *********** department

The Worse people to bank with, my mother has been going up and down with an MIE credit claim that has been pending since last year December and no one from the credit insurance department cares to respond to the email, the last respond we received was they requested documents and we provided that,since then not a single word from them, the last email was sent to Jessica Radiometer,Bongani Madonsela and Cc Thembi Mgabhi on the 08/04/25 and not Single response from the department mindue every month we are paying an insurance towards the credit yet we are struggling to get assistance....a mere response to the emails sent and Soultion to the matter brought to their attention.
