For a huge bank like Capitec to not have paper to print statement is pathetic, not just at the statement booth think but for the entire Gugulethu branch not to have paper was laughable. Then to top it off I ask this Anathi gir who is a consultant to call the branch manager and she tells me they don't have a branch manager and complaints are logged with consultants.
