****mers, find a better bank

I updated my numbers at capitec branch in Thabong Mall, I have been using the the updated numbers for years now, to my surprise last month on the 24th of August when my grandmother tried to send me money via cellphone banking it said that the updated numbers " are not linked to any capitec account " so I went to my app only to find out that my old numbers in my profile I then gave my grandmother those numbers that are showing there in my capitec app profile. She sent the money but it did not reflect in my account, so when I called today I was told those numbers now belong to someone else. I'm surprised how can 2 profiles of different people share the same numbers on the same bank. Capitec is a big ****, find a better bank
