In 2022 I was placed ond debt review and a payment agency had been paying capitec over 4000 rands a month and I would occasionally make extra payments as well towards the credit card, I know there are monthly fees and admin fees but for two years the balance is not going down,make this make sense.

This is an official complaint and if not resolved I will be contacting the ombudsman. I have called the debt review department and customer care but have received no assistance. I'm trying to sort my life and credit but it seems I'll be in debt forever if it's up to Capitec, I have a credit card at absa paid the very same way and you can see where the payments are going but not with Capitec
