I am frustrated with Capitec ****** ,I did fixed one of the account I had ,and later unlock it I took out 300 they then took back 155 and said set off app**** today I got cash in my savings they took an amount of 488 , why are you deducting my account I want my money reversed who authorised you to take money from my account ????? Why are you taking penalties and also deducting from my account ,I am going to close my account you people are ****** I never did any stop order why are you deducting my account ??????

You guys are useless when it comes to solving cases. You just buzzed my number today and even previously ,I will go to the branch and sort myself out and close my account ,you guys are useless ,keep on buzzing our phones to avoid solving cases if you can go and check complaint Abt Capitec not calling and not solving issues you will then change your ways ,you guys are pathetic we like supporting your bank but u know nothing Abt satisfying customers you are useless ,there is no remorse in you knowing you have been buzzing my phone for just seconds and you come here to vomit nonsense saying you can't get hold of me nxaaaa
