This bank is a ****ing joke and im goin to the media to expose them for what they are. I went to their branch to deposit my coins which were more or less a R1000. After depositin the money in the coin machine is was processing my transaction then a message on the machine said transaction failed. After reporting the matter in the branch i was told that by friday i will have my acc credited. After speaking to 2 agents on watsapp i was told to wait for feedback by friday. Today its tuesday and no one has called me. I called n im told my case was closed.. Im not going to let this one go o promise how do you close a case n not credit my acc this is my money i dnt owe capitec a cent.
