Unhappy I still remain unhappy. I was contacted by a consultant last week on Wednesday which she confirmed that the investigation will take about 4-7 working days, which 7 days ends tomorrow but there isnt even some notification to say they are still busy with the investigation which this will again make things out of control ril. This is an enquiry that goes back to September 2022 and eversince then they were busy with investigation. I dont know how many managers have been attending to the matter still no feedback
