Merchantile Business Banking Poor services

After looking for a bank that will look after our business we considered to move to Merchantile bank. We have been struggling for the last month to get assistance with debit orders that needs to be reversed as it was not suppose to go off. We cannot get assistance or refunded. For this reason I want to move my bank to a bank that will look after our business. The staff at Horison View in Roodepoort is not very helpful and the consultant that assisted us does not come back to us and he doesnt bother to phone back. The worst thing is that it went off but the service provider was cancelled in June, so this happened that our Client's money were deducted and now we cant assist the client. We go from pillar to post. When we joined Merchantile we had great hopes as they are part of Capitec bank now, but to my disappointment we did not get the service that we expected as well as the reversals that we asked for for two weeks now.
