Merchantile Bank bad treat received

I recently opened a business account with Merchantile business division. I asked them to assist me with debit order or stop order facilities for my clients. The white women that was suppose to assist me send a very derogatory email to my business banker . I still trying to locate her as my laywers want to institute Legal action. But merchantile hiding her contact details from me . FNB gave me much better treatment
