Merchant services

Merchant number *** I run a shop with 2 white Capitec speed point machine.Everyday I am short paid and Merchant services department cannot explain the reason for this.On the 24th of January 2024, approved sales were r3263 less their commission 1.75 percent r57.10,they reimbursed r2925.94 instead of r3205.89 short paid r279.99.nobody knows why, instead they showed me with long settlement statement.they are hiding something!!!
