Mercantile worst service ever
If there was an option to give this bank zero stars then I most definitely will. I received great service laat year from JHB BUT cape town branches pathetic.
The business banker is so ***********, can never assist you with queries, takes about 2 to 3 days to get back to in the first place and then doesn't understand what your query is. I have had enough and I have moved my business account to Nedbank.
Thanks for the worst service ever Mercantile
