Mercantile *****s money

Absolutely terrible bank. Please do not even consider using them. I have been struggling for more than 4x months to get someone to assist me with an international refund that has never cleared to my account. I have send numerous emails and I've called thousands of times but to no prevail. I've lost money because of this and Mercantile does not even care and is not willing to assist me at all. Worst bank ever
