Mercantile is not in the business of banking

I am so sorry I ever decided to establish my business bank account with Mercantile. From the onset, it has been nothing but problems. Most frustrating of which, is their OTP system, which does not work at all. So you cannot perform any online purchasing whatsoever. They are now moving their online validation to an OTP only approach, so the business wont even be able to access online banking. I raised the issue with Mercantile over two weeks ago, and I still do not have reply. I have no idea why Capitec insisted on purchasing, what is clearly a mess of a bank.
