Mercantile holding back funds

Mercantile Bank has held back funds that I gave to Company to trade with. They cannot give us a time of release. There is nothing wrong with sending money overseas. I have 3 bank accounts with ABSA, Nedbank and FNB. These banks are service orientated and are excellent. Mercantile to my experience are small minded and a bank that makes excuses instead of assisting its clients. I will never open a bank account with them and will never advise anyone too. Have a look to find I'm not the only client that this is happening too.
