Mercantile Cellphone APP down for almost the whole week

If I could rate them -5 stars I would, the cellphone banking app has been giving problems this whole week and went completely down since Friday, their IT department seems totally incapable of fixing the issue since every time I enquired about it I was told they are working very hard to fix it yet it is still down. This is totally unacceptable for a business bank
