MERCANTILE BANK WHO??!!

NEVER NEVER NEVER EVERRRRR in my life will I recommend opening a business account with this bank!!! If your card is not declining then the internet banking is down for maintenance. They are forever performing maintenance!! Don't even get me started on trying to do payments without an OTP. A whole day on the phone to get it sorted just to hear "we are working on it". How about testing your poor system before you open a new division!! You don't see companies like Ford or Toyota bringing out a new bakkie without an engine. So what is your excuse?? How are we supposed to work like this??? It's the one issue after the other with you!! This is ridiculous and making me as a business owner looking like a declined idiot. I certainly also DO NOT HAVE ALL DAY to call around to sort out your technical issues, just to end up on a call centre line that gets dropped. SORT YOURSELF OUT!!!! Oh and PS, I STILL CAN'T MAKE PAYMENTS
