Mercantile Bank useless internet banking service, stay away as you struggle to pay employees and creditors.
The most pathetic Business Bank in Africa, The online banking platform have issues 50% of the banking hours. Unable to pay creditors and employees as the banking app is not available. Capitec should have never bought this useless entity, a embarrassment for Capitec. The obvious reason for their failure is *********** staff! Welcome to South Africa!
