Mercantile Bank Poor customer service

Mercantile Bank, has the worst customer service in the history of business banking. What a joke. Does their contact number even work? Like does the phone ring into the Galaxy? 30min on the line 5 days in a row, still no one on the other end of the line.

I am trying to figure out, why on earth did I choose this bank. Why?!
