Mercantile Bank is Wide Open to ********** Foreign Transactions

Do not bank with Metcantile Bank. They are a bunch of amateurs & haven't a clue about what they are doing. Can you believe their ***** department only works normal business hours! They don't even work over weekends! All the other banks are proactive when it comes to ********** foreign transactions and work 24/7 but not Mercantile. No alarms bells ring when clearly ********** foreign transactions take place and then it takes them 45 days to investigate the *****. Meanwhile they tried to lay the blame at my feet (eg you gave your PIN to someone or pressed your agreement to an OTP). Bulldust all of it. I had to threaten them with an attorney's letter of demand before they agreed to refund me. Stay well clear of them.
