Mercantile Bank is Useless!
Absolutely the worst business bank. We have made literally a phone call to them every single day to get our account activated for 14 days!! Everyday we are told "I will call you back once I have looked into it". They NEVER come back. Next day same procedure. You call them and they promise to get back to you but NEVER do. Absolutely useless!!!
