MERCANTILE BANK IS THE WORST BUSINESS BANK!

Mercantile is the worst bank ever!

I reported a ***** case in just a minute after a withdrawal was done on my account. You said no money was withdrawn the transaction will be withdrawn. A day later you change the statement and said it was a withdrawal that wad done with my card. The same one i had with me when the withdrawal was made! I lodged a complain, i was told a ***** case was opened. 2days later no one has communicated with me. No email or sms for communication regarding the issue. Its my business account.

You guys are so *********** and not safe to bank with. I had all my businesses accounts with your bank. But i am closing all my accounts as from tomorrow!
