It has been an absolute pleasure to deal with Mercantile Bank for the past 2months since we moved our Business banking to them. They are a fully digital bank that cares about service. And their systems work. Support in their banking app is able to resolve issues in chat on first call. And mostly you don't need them because this bank's systems work! It's clear that each interaction has been planned carefully, including setting up an account without every visiting the branch. It's a breath of fresh air after dealing with several Business banks that don't have a culture of ownership. Highly recommended!!!
