Mercantile Bank

I opened up a business account with them but I regret cause every month I will have issues with them , Payments on Speed points will reject or show unsuccessful but wait a few minutes payment will be reserved and it will be a hustle for you to get your money back, of which i dont understand why it doesn't reflect back on my account after few hours like how with banks you will wait few hour's your money will be back, and the sad part is they tell you to wait for 14 working days for you to get your money back that you had planned for it been a ridiculous experience with this bank, I even thought to myself is it possible that my bank takes my money do what ever with it and return it in 14 days I don't know, and when it comes back you don't even get a notification. Very strange
