medical impairment retrenchment

I was re trenched on 30 April 20wr due to medical impairment. I took my papers to Capitec bank in Secunda, Pretoria as well as Margate. Every time to hear that the loan cannot be settled due to the UI19 that state medical boarded witch is not true as I would have received a salary from Sasol every month then I was re trenched and now after more than 2 years I still struggle to get this loan cover to pay off the loan. In the meantime I have lost every thing staying with other people and have no income as my son helped us to pay the loan up to now. If capitec does what they say on tv this letter would never be necessary for me to be written. They say I must send them the documents from my company stating retrenchment then afterwards ignore it by saying I was medical re trenched. I have app**** now for thousands of jobs with no success please help me to settle this matter
