Yesterday I received a sms after that a consultant called me regarding it the sms was a debit order that I don't know. So he ask me to go and check it in my app if it appears. Which I did he said they were going to refund me the money paid. So after that the agent knew how many accounts and money I had on the account he then said have to do a stop transaction I didn't remember well the words he used after as he was assisting me on the phone I sent him or whoever 4700.10 which is the branch code no.but I sent it as cash vai Hollywood R4700.10. Am so numb did not sleep yesterday am weak my last money. At capitec they said I must open a case.
