****med through Capitec bank

I was ****med on the 16th of January 2024 through online transaction with Capitec Bank. I bought the pair of shoes using online from Froggie for R1584. The ****mers create a web page using Froggie name. I process the payment and it went through. I realized later after seeing the bank statement that money went to wrong company. I went to Capitec branch in polokwane to request a help so that I can able to get my money back. They said they can't assist me because I approved the transaction. My question Is where is they are skill to investigate the hack account. I am still at shock that they can't investigate who hack my account. My question is Capitec is it a reliable bank or not?
