Hi everyone I trusted capitec bank with my money,for the past 3months there's this thing BESTINTERN unauthorized source that deducts from my account, I cannot reverse my funds I even went to the bank to stop or block it they say they can do nothing,how is our money safe with Capitec if unauthorized sources can deduct from our accounts and the bank can't help us,for 3months no any help my money get lost,I even think to close my account for the safety of my money,through the app I can't reverse or block or even stop this thing...I loose from this company not capitec I need help.
