****med my fixed account and withdraw money

I am very disappointed with Capitec,I was ****med money from my fixed account.The ****mers unfixed the account while capitec is saying if the money is more than 10k you have to come to the branch.our money is not secured with capitec and what they do or say is "sorry".If you have savings with them run before is too late.
