****med Capitec Banking
My fiancé was ****med this morning, with his entire bank account wiped out. This wasn’t a case of him sharing any details—rather, the bank's weak security allowed someone to access his account without his knowledge and withdraw all his funds. After visiting the bank, all they offered was an apology. But will an apology help him recover his money?
The bank claimed they couldn’t freeze the transaction or reverse it. The only response we’ve received so far is, “We’ll investigate.” What kind of bank fails to safeguard your money yet expects you to trust them with it?
