I thought Capitec was a good bank until when I withdrew money from their bank, their ATM gave me less that what was written on the slip, I immediately went to the branch to report, nothing was done instead they closed the incident, went back again and called their call centre, my incidents get closed and to this day I have not received my money back. Capitec is a **** with poor service.
