Good evening am writing this message with so much confusing/anger(mixed emotions) regarding Capitec bank. Last night I tried to log into my account on their App and make some transaction only to find out it was blocked.I was never called or send anything regarding the closing/blocking of the account.The sad part is i have been using that account for lots of activities (debit orders included) and they send me an email to advise that I won't get the money that was in the account. Am talking about my Money. Can you kindly assist is this even legal to take people's money without their knowledge/warning?
