****med by a Capitec User

I just have to put it out there that capitec is the most useless bank when it comes to bank security and legalities around dealing with victims and suspects. I was ****med R47000 on the 1December 2023. I quickly went to local branch to report with the hope the cash can be refunded but i was told that i must first open a case with SAPS. When I returned to the bank I was told the money is transferred by the ****med to FNB the case will be handled by ***** department after submitting case number from SAPS, of which I did provide documentation. I was promised feedback in 14 days I called in after nothing was said and I was told now that the case is closed by capitec since FNB does repsond to their emails to send money bank. It's over 25days since the case and i can't believe how they can just protect a ***** and not even provide his details to SAPS for jail. My experience is worst with the bank which I have trusted for a long time but they just can't help me even customer care keeps me on hold until they drop as I try follow up who is handling the case, since ***** department says its not them.
