Good day. I just found out that someone used my card in Parktown North to make an online purchase on Uber Eats.

My card was with me so is the pin is known to me only. How did the person get the 3 digits from the back of my card? Who approved the purchase? I went to Capitec East London since I'm in the Eastern Cape right now. No one can explain to me who approved this purchase. And no one van help me. I was advised to speak to Uber Eats how? No one knows. All I want is mymoney back Capitec. That simple means that our cards are never safe with your company if people can do as they please with our cards while they're at the bottom of our bags.This is unacceptable. If you have to check where was this used, please do that I don't have cash lying around for ****mers. How was the purchase authorized if I didn't?
