****MED AND YOU DID NOTHING !!!

I write this with the out most disappointment I was ****med of R 6000 worth of money and you guys were no help whatsoever.

I called the call centre all to not be assisted I explained that the person who ****med me posted an apartment add priced a R 6000 in centurion for the deposit I was in communication with the person signed the lease only for them to block to me after paying the amount I immediately called my bank which is you and you guys failed to block that persons account to prove that me and them were in agreeance that they did indeed let me occupy the flat I almost ended up homeless.

Today I still want this matter to be reopened because no one not even a single soul from capitec opened a ***** ticket for me or even called me back I still want my money back
