I was send R50 via cash send. I tried to cash it out from an ATM Spark Atm Mamelodi east but I got an error.. I tried to cash it out at usave and I was told it was redeemed.
This is not the first... I sis not get the money but a receipt with an error. Please investigate, I need my money please

If the issue persists for longer than 24 hours and the voucher has not been received or redeemed, please log a dispute with us directly so we can investigate the matter. I can also escalate a case on your behalf to ensure it receives the necessary attention.

I'm gonna sleep with an empty stomach tonight because of your technical issues, I am diabetic to make matters worse and I bet no one would care on your side. Please resolve this issue, I need the money ASAP!

I even called you and I was told some BS by some of your arrogant Agent. I'm trying to speak to so.meone via whatsapp but because I'm querying R50 they just not responding.. So I can get a response like this!! You really are getting on my last nerve. Is R50 a lot for you guys to reverse it back????
