****med and Abandoned by Capitec

am extremely disappointed with Capitec Bank. I was recently ****med a lot of money, and despite reporting the issue immediately, the bank has shown no real effort in assisting me or recovering my funds.

As a loyal customer, I expected Capitec to offer proper support and investigate the matter thoroughly. Instead, I’ve been left feeling helpless, unheard, and let down. Their lack of urgency, poor communication, and unwillingness to take accountability is unacceptable.

This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Capitec. If you value your hard-earned money, think twice before banking with them. A bank should protect its clients not abandon them when they need help the most.
