I am so disappointed with Rosslyn branch, the service sucks on month end, the ATM's are full and they said we cant deposit money inside the branch but the question is why when the ATM's are not working we are able to deposit money inside the branch? I spoke to the manager said the is nothing she can do. On their enquiry desk there's no one they sitting with groups gossiping at the entrance. They only assisting those who came to do applications, this is no fair. I'm a client but now I'm thinking otherwise .
