Mbulelo Tongo is not responding to my emails

Why are you ignoring my credit application and not responding to my emails? Mbulelo Tongo was the consultant that contacted me , he called and send me an email with the requirements but when I responded he just keeps ignoring my emails..is this the type of service that I get??!!
