Masks and gloves for essential workers COVID-19

Essential workers are putting the entire family at risk with them being at work during this time of COVID-19. We have been advised of the necessary precautions but I have noticed that workers are not masked and no gloves which does not only put risk to the workers but the entire community as a whole. How can are we flattening the curve if people are still being exposed.
