Mashonisa-Prescribed loan dealers

The nightmare continues my name is Ephraim F Dlamini On the 25th of February 2013 I took out a loan with ( Capitec) Account ***. The loan start date was 25/3/2013 and last payment date would have been 25/06/2019. During the course of the loan I ran into some financial problems which rendered me unable to pay my loan until it was handed over to vertex solutions. I continued paying my loan Account *** with vertex until I was offered a discounted settlement in 2018/11/23 of which I paid. On the 27 November 2018 I sent them mail inquiring if they received payment and regarding updating my status at the bureau of which I was assured it was received and my account is paid up. However to my horror I was advised I have another loan account nr. *** and will not be able to get a paid up letter until that loan had been paid up as well.

I disputed this to my surprise and disgust my payments for Account numb *** were allocated to *** without my knowledge .I had a long tiring dispute until they admitted to their wicked ways. We have since resolved the issue of Account *** and payments were allocated correctly and a paid up letter issued for Account ***

But even after the payments were allocated to account *** they still appear on Account nr. *** which prevented my prescription claim. Capitec has now continued is ********* ways by now selling this account to Dmc despite my claim.

I am claiming Prescription as per Prescription Act, 1969 (Act No. 68 of 1969) no payments or acknowledgement of debt for over 3 years on this ***.

This allocation of payments to incorrect accounts is either an oversight or an ******** means of keeping accounts current and open (which enables CAPITEC to sell prescribed loans ignoring the rules and cheating unsuspecting customers. I wonder how many other customers are you swindling in this manner.

If you have any information that can validate your claim, I will gladly pay and eat my shoe.

My contact num is *** Email ***
