Mandate wasn't accepted yet it's active
I had called African bank to do a payment arrangement and I informed the lady that I will start with R200 for now and will increase as time passes. She sent through mandate which I didn't accept and also mentioned on the call I won't accept the R529 debit order. Capitec has sent confirmation of the mandate I didn't accept.
