Mandate process I want my money

Capitec our money is not safe with you, how can I have a debit check of R1250 to Mdalusi that I did not get the mandate to approve. What is the process for you as a business to protect us from the *****sters. Why would a business just send debit checks to you and I just get to see money going off my account. And you as a bank tell me you can't help to stop it then who suppose to stop it because me I trusted you as bank to protect me as a client. I don't know these people I had to Google them only to get numbers and email that do not work. Can I please get my money back or you tell me where did I sign the mandate and how did you alert me of this debit check. Thank you
