Manageress Bad Attitude

What an attitude with your Hill Street branch Manageress Goodgirl. So yesterday I went to the branch to open an account so my sister would get a power of attorney on account. Bear in mind we went last week to check requirements and was provided, yesterday my sister walk in first then I came first her tone and attitude "sisy hamba oma lapha" without even a simple hello and add a smile on her face it's her job then I told her what I was there for she said you must wait outside and I was puzzled and ask her if she understand what I am here to do probably her mind came back then ask for my ID I took it out to give to her then she take out sanitizer and pour in my ID and she says hold it I just wanted to see it My goodness this woman.

First question who would go to the bank without ID as I work for the bank as well, then even worst after she pour sanitizer on my ID and hand she says go and wait outside we will call you no seat for you inside - holy Jesus I am pregnant for crying out loud then I went and sat on the floor and to my even worst frustration no they need marriage certificate to open account - why was not mentioned when we asked for requirements?

Is this how as clients we are supposed to be treated?
