Malvina is Efficient, Friendly and Brilliant

Hi there. I believe in complaining when service is poor, but at the same time I believe in giving credit where credit is due (and I don't think enough people do this - they will complain but not compliment). I occsionally get sent money from my family overseas to help me out and usually get a phone call form Malvina at Capitec Interbank Forex in Cape Town before the money goes to my Capitec account. I would like to compliment Malvina. She is very efficient, very friendly, well spoken and very cheerful. Thank you so much Malvina, and Capitec - please hire more staff like her. She is a major asset, and a great representative of your company. Capitec is number 1 in my book and I tell everybody around me so. Thank you very much for your great service.
