Mallicious report of ***** by now ex fiance

My fiance PHONED Capitec and told them a story: "He had lost his smart phone, SOMEBODY had picked it up and used the CELLPHONE banking app to ***** his money" Based on this, NO SAPS case number at all, Capitec proceeded to block my accounts. I have been sent from pillar to post since: On 24/04/2021 I visited my local branch in the Waverly Plaza where the manageress "Patricia" tended to my query. She placed a call to the Customer Service Center and I was advised to go to SAPS and make a statement, get it stamped...indicate that I know the complainant and that this resort under a civil matter. Also that I had been instructed by the plaintiff to process the transactions and been given his "****le" to do so via INTERNET BANKING and not CELLPHONE banking which he has NEVER used or signed up for. Capitec also wanted a case number from ME. Since the branch closed at 13H00 and it was 14H58, I would have to return to the branch on 26/04/2021. I immediately went to SAPS Villeria. I did the Affidavit, but SAPS cannot open a case as I could not open a case for being innocent. I emailed said documents to Customer Service Agent Themba Pisana. He pointed out that I also required a certified copy of my ID...back to SAPS I went and had this done. This was emailed to Themba Pisana also. He confirmed receipt and promised to forward this to the Forensic department. My ***. I was told that I would get feedback within 48 hours. 28/04/2021: I phoned the Customer service center and this time spoke with agent Unathi Namba. She indicated that the incident with that number had been closed because I did not offer a SAPS case number. She insisted that I needed to get a case number from SAPS. I resent my Affidavit and ID upon her request. Off to SAPS I went again, getting the same result. I cannot open a case for being innocent. SAPS confirmed that Capitec cannot block my accounts if the complainant (my fiance) has not opened a case of ***** / theft with SAPS and provided Capitec with a case number to start with. 29/04/2021: My fiance phoned me and said that he had left a Affidavit for the bank, saying that he made a mistake. Back to the branch I go, once again to be assisted by Patricia who refuses to show me the Affidavit, not allowing me to confirm what I had been told by my fiance on the phone. I spent the rest of the day waiting for some kind of feedback, only to be given another agent's name and a different reference number (Agent Darren Peters, ref ***9). He is the man who works with this only was Patricia's comment. She had once again faxed my Affidavit and ID through. 30/04/2021: I received an sms from the "Disputed transactions" department at 16H21, requesting a detailed Affidavit so that they can assist me with my request. My documentation has now been sent through 3 times. 03/05/2021: I called the "Disputed Transactions" department and it was confirmed that my documentation had indeed already been received several times....now I'm not even taking down agent's names anymore. The consultant promised he would send the matter to the Forensic department as a matter of urgency. I have now been without money for !) DAYS. No petrol in my car, no more airtime on my phone, no milk or sugar or bread or margarine.... People from my block of flats bringing me cooked food!!!!!!! I found the Forensic departments contact number requesting to speak with Mr Jimmy Sounes (Head of this department), no surprise there...he is unavailable and in a meeting. Then requesting to speak with the Forensic Service Center Manager....he too is unavailable and in the same meeting as Mr Sounes..... This is where I am at right now....still no funds
