Mall staff bypassing Capitec clients at the queues.

Tell me why is it that the last thing I complained about is still happening at Capitec branch,Palm Springs Shopping Mall. The mall staff are still allowed to bypass customers, I am at the queue right now, I have been from 11:30, me and many others but right now I'm looking at 3 Mall security guards bypassing us, and they are not the first for the day. This is really unfair, I tun a small business meaning I'm also working around the clock but I'm patient at the queues because I understand that everyone has something to do or have a place to be at. Please see my last complaint. Kindly sort this out.
