Mall@Reds Capitec Manager

Worst service ever from the manager nogal. What are those tickets for? The Capitec Manager at Mall@reds is helping customers based on color. We have been sitting here waiting for help, immediately when white people came in he stood up and helped them without asking us if we have been helped. He made them skipped the queue. Worse part is we have been waiting for so long to be serviced. Despite of us raising the concern, he continued servicing them, when we asked for the manager he laughed and told us he is the manager.
