Majority of ******** do so with capitec account.

I have been ****med by a person posing as a homeowner renting out their property, paid the deposit to a capitec account and found out it was a ****, now my question to capitec is, are you as negligent when opening bank accounts for your client like you are when recklessly borrowing money like the case you lost recently. How is it possible with technology of today for someone to open a bank account and there is no trace of that person? I started doing research and was shocked that all reports of people being ****med was done so by a ******* with a capitec account.
